Accumulus Licensed for Type 1 and Type 7 Regulated Activities and Operating Virtual Asset Trading Platform
On December 18, 2024, Accumulus GBA Technology (Hongkong) Co., Ltd., operator of the Accumulus trading platform, was granted by the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) of Hong Kong the licence for Type 1 (dealing in securities) and Type 7 (providing automated trading services) regulated activities under the Securities and Futures Ordinance (SFO), as well as the licence for operating a virtual asset trading platform under the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing Ordinance (AMLO). A Licensed Virtual Asset Trading Platform in Hong Kong
Accumulus GBA Technology (Hongkong) Co., Ltd. is the exclusive headquarters for outbound business under Yunzhanghu Technology (China) Co., Ltd. (Yunzhanghu), which ranks 215th among China’s top 500 enterprises. We operate the Accumulus platform, a licensed virtual asset trading platform, under the regulation and guidance of the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) of Hong Kong. Our wholly owned subsidiary, a licensed trust or company service provider (TCSP), has implemented independent storage of client assets and purchased client asset insurance to enhance asset security.
In 2025, Yunzhanghu generated 126.7 billion yuan in revenue and provided services to over 120 million flexible workers. Since 2021, it has been entrusted 14 times over five consecutive years to participate in annual research projects set up by China’s two top judicial organs, the Supreme People’s Court (SPC) and the Supreme People’s Procuratorate (SPP), alongside the Ministry of Justice (MOJ). Notably, Yunzhanghu was the only entrusted private enterprise nine times, and the only entrusted business entity five times. Several of these research projects were rated “Outstanding” and contributed to the issuance of judicial interpretations in related fields.
